  • Service arrival windows available between 8am-8pm! With overnight care available from 8pm-8am, and our overnight and day stay care 24/7

  • Service requests is subject to staff availability

    There may be rare occasions where services are unable to be scheduled because of staff availability in which case we would be considered “closed”

  • Dog Walking, Pet sitting drop in visits, and two types of overnight care are available! See our services page for more information

  • Not at this time! We find pets are happiest where they’re most comfortable. Staying in their home environment ensures their routine stays as close to normal as possible!

  • Yes! Holidays do include a $20 surcharge per visit

  • Depending on sitter availability last minute bookings are available for established clients!

    Last minute new client visit requests will be assessed on a case by case basis.

    Typically at least 24 hours is needed for onboarding and preparing for your pets care!

    There is an additional $10 fee for any last minute booking requests made within 48 hours of time of service

  • Cancelations with more than 48 hour notice will be fully refunded to the client, while cancelations within 24-48 hrs will be a 50% refund and less than 24 hours no refund will be given

  • Yes!! Sitters complete background checks and drug screenings. In addition they can be subject to random drug testing at any time.

    Just click the top right corner , tell us all about what you’re looking for, and let the fun begin—because at Wags and Kisses, every pet is part of the family!

    You’ll start with a Meet and Greet and receive an email to register for your account on Precise Petcare!! From there you will be able to schedule services with us!

  • Just the app and a lockbox! Precise Petcare, allows clients to manage their accounts conveniently from their smartphones. If you are a client of Wags and Kisses and have not yet downloaded our app, you can do so here for iPhone users or here for non-iPhone users.

  • If there is a preferred sitter they can be set as your primary sitter! In which case you would only have another sitter if the primary is unavailable due to an unforeseen emergency

  • Through our Precise Petcare app!! Customized journal reports are sent directly to you, giving you a detailed map showing the exact route your pup went on. In addition a short write up taking you right alongside your pet as they journey through their adventures with Wags and Kisses!!

    If traveling overseas or will be unable to check the Precise Petcare app sitters can be available upon request to send updates directly to clients

  • We recommend a lock box for clients!! This ensures needed access for services and eliminates risk of leaving keys out! In addition if you have an automatic digital code lock or garage code then a lockbox may not be needed.

    In addition we require you leave a spare key with a family member or friend living close by.

    Having a secondary way of accessing your property ensures entry in the case of power outage, dead batteries, mechanical issues, or frozen garage doors. All of which we have run into over the years!

  • Any of these 3 are recommended!

  • We still go out rain or shine! The only times we will limit or end walks early is if there is lightening, or another severe weather advisory like a tornado warning active, extreme heat advisory or flood advisory
