Our Why
*
Our Why *
Too much of pet care in Columbus runs on long hours, and not enough training. That’s not our standard. We’re here to go above and beyond—for pets, for families, and for the people who care for them
-
We pay 70% commission + team members keep all tips so the best pet care people can do what they love while earning what they deserve. The industry standard is 40%-50% and we’re not interested in that. Ask any of our people anytime!
-
Every team member is trained in Pet First Aid, CPR, and Emergency Response, so you know your pets are safe. This is critical when working in this industry- if you're not sure, ask your pet care provider!
Examples of emergencies: Bloat, Choking, injuries, seizures, UTI’s in Cats: were trained and fully ready to respond!
-
With our roots in body language, behavior, and training, our best practices focus on building and maintaining a lifetimes worth of good habits! If youve noticed your dog getting more reactive after daycare, or worse leash habits this could be due to inconsistent and sometimes incorrect technique by petcare providers.
-
We back up our promises with strict hiring practices, background checks, and rigorous screenings — because trust and safety matter deeply in our role. We collaboratively work as a team to vet and onboard new people. Its a culture- not a shield on a website!
